"Went in for a part, they didnt have it in stock but offered to order it from another location for delivery the same day. I was told it would be at their store in about 3 hrs. They called in 2.5 hrs that it was delivered. I am very impressed with the customer service and will definitely be my place to go first for any vehicle needs."

Now some say that might be a bad thing lol, but I look at it as an awesome experience and feeling to walk into a store and everyone knows ya and they go out of your way. Now theses folk went out of there way to show me that they welcome my business, I do a little mechanicing on the side, and I can't ask for any more than that. So I thank you NAPA crew for being thoughtful and generous and much more than that."
