"I had a blowout up on the square and I really didn't know who to call but I remembered passing by Neal tire so I called them and I couldn't believe it the man I talked to was so awesome he even came to me and put air in the flat to get me into the shop they got me in and changed my tire in no time at all. And a couple of days later I was on my way to Clinton and guess what that brand new tire blew out on me.... just my luck now I'm upset again cause I wasted all thatoney that I was supposed to pay my bills with. Ugh.... thank you guys for your help u saved me big time"
"Worse experience with an auto shop I've ever had, had more wrong with it after picking it up then when I dropped it off. They didn't seem to care or offer to do anything about it. Really like to sneak in additional prices too, wanted to charge me $65 to check the lights on my dash when i can take it to auto zone for free. Wasted over $1000 just for more problems! Thanks for nothing."
