"I would never ever allow them to touch any of my devices. They destroyed my iPhone 14. I went in to get the back of my phone fixed due to cracks. The guy literally took my phone apart and messed up the panel which means my flashlight doesn’t work, the camera is collecting fog due to him not putting my phone together. Each time I went back which was weekly or twice a week to see if they ordered the panel, they kept lying and saying they would go to the ware house and get it and never did. This has been an ongoing problem since January 2024 and we’re in February 2024. When I went in for pthe last time thinking I was getting my phone panel and the back glass fixed, they again lied and said they had to reorder it once again because it never came in. Same excuses weekly. They also messed my phone on and would not offer my refund back. They are not accredited and have really bad customer service."

"If there were ten stars I will give it 10 great place to get your phone fix at a great price . 10/10 I recently took my daughter phone to fix and going for my second one totally recomendable. The guy Kam was so nice he fix my phone so fast by the time I was shopping at Walmart. He also provide us with a pretty case and a screen protector for my daughter phone. I be back kam to get my iPad fix"

"Khan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with personalized recommendations that perfectly suited my situation. He was patient in answering all of my questions, which made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. But what really impressed me was their attention to detail. The work he did was exceptional. He made sure that everything was done to perfection, and the end result was 3 working iphones. Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for outstanding service and exceptional results. "If I could do 0 stars I would…. This is by far the rudest and most unprofessional phone repair location I've ever seen. My elderly mother paid $150.00 for a simple screen repair, but when I went back to check, I noticed that they didn't even use the proper hardware to keep the screen in place. There was no adhesive to even secure the screen properly. It's very upsetting to think about how much they pay for these screens wholesale compared to the price they charge for the repair. To treat customers like that is unacceptable. They want another $150 to fix their mistake which is truly robbery. I hope no one ever goes to this place for phone repair. They do not appreciate their customers or your business. When I told them that I was going to leave a bad review, they didn't care and seemed to think that people would still come in anyway. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs."
