"I went for many years but the customer service is so poor now. instead of trying to keep customers they just want to see how much more money they can get from you. I will not recommended no more to bad I already have my glasses order."
"After waiting 20 mins for an appointment that was rescheduled last week I was told Dr.David will not be able to see my son because he isn’t 5. My sons birthday is next month so he will be 5 in December . My appointment wasn’t until 12:30. I find it very hard to believe nobody checked the schedule and realized my child was too young to be seen by the doctor on duty . I had to leave work early and take my son out of school to be turned around and have time wasted . Very unacceptable and unprofessional . I would appreciate it if you took the time to value your customers time as we value yours! Also Dr. David must not like black kids because under the circumstances she definitely could’ve still seen him . Definitely will never bring my kids back to this location ."
"The women were very nice and gave me excellent customer service. I gave a 9 because no one introduced themself to me & do not wear name tags. They have my name and personal info, so I think they should share their name and position with me."
"We loved Dr Tavel, they found a problem with my husband's glasses from another company and fixed it. They are very friendly and professional. My husband picked his new glasses up 2 weeks later and he loves them. We will definitely be going back to them."
"Employees were very welcoming! Dr.Nicholas (Dr.Tavel) was quick & efficient when it came to getting the exam done. He connected with me on a personal level & made me feel comfortable. When it came down to my purchase the sales person (Shelby) wasn’t pushy at ALL she made sure to give me time & her input when needed. The store was closing @7:30 and she waited for me until I arrived right at closing so I could have my new glasses while on vacation! Definitely going to make this my new Eye Care home service!"
