"Wife was referred here by her surgeon. They called to set up an appointment and the wife asked to make sure they was “in-network” with her insurance as we had met her yearly out of pocket and wouldn’t cost us anything. She was told they was in network so she went to the appt. 3 weeks later we get a bill. They were/are not in network. So we was lied to, if they was in network we wouldn’t had to pay anything! So we wouldn't have went here if we knew they wasn’t. Very unethical! Not everyone has the money to pay u expected medical bills!!!"

"At time of appointment there was an issue they realized with insurance. However Samantha and Joy went above and beyond to make my appointment happen. Truly appreciate them and their patience with me as I became overwhelmed with the possibility of having to reschedule. They made original appt time “work.” THANK YOU Samantha and Joy!!!"

"As of right now this is the worst experience I have ever had with a medical facility. I had an appt at 9:40 on October 8 at the Avon location. I arrived early around 9:30, no one was there. I tried calling but was only sent to the automated message. Could not get a hold of anyone, very unhappy to have this type of experience. Still waiting at 10:00."

"Upon arriving I had to go to the ladies room but was busy completing paperwork. I was told I had to drink 3 cups of water for my CT scan. I asked if I could use the restroom but receptionist didn’t move from her seat after telling me she would check. Also my original schedule was arrive at 12:30 and I was moved to 1:00 with a start time of 1:30 and wasn’t told this. I finally got to the Ct room after 4 cups of water (I was told since I arrived too early I need to drink 4 now) technician told me they should have told me to use the restroom prior to drinking the water. I got embarrassed as they put in more saline and contrast and by the time they went to last imaging I started over flowing with urine! Luckily I don’t have to go anywhere and can go home to clean up! The technician was super sweet but wish the front reception had done their job a little better!"
