"The nurse that worked with me was kind and took care of me. She was understanding with my chatty toddler and didn't make me feel awful when I came in maskless, as I couldn't find one"
"Manisha was very kind and knowledgeable about my concern during my daughter's visit. Athough we went in for treatment for pink eye, she recognized signs that led her to swab my daughter for strep throat. I am glad she checked her for this. We avoided missing the diagnosis, and possibly spreading to others."
"Horrible service! Called first to verify that they took our insurance. Specifically asked if we needed an appointment and was told to just come in. Drove 45 minutes to have my sick son seen only for the doctor/nurse to come out, look at me trying to check in, ignore me and walk back into her room. I picked up the customer service phone and waited for 10 minutes while they "checked with the doctor to see if he could be seen". They told me she said no. She wasn't taking any appointments after 4:20. They close at 5!! We were the ONLY people in the place!!"
"I took my daughter to this location this morning and was very disappointed in the customer service. We did not have time to do the phone check-in prior to our appointment but I was told the physician could check us in when we arrived. Once we arrived to the clinic the provider told me to use a phone located next to the kiosk to finish our check in. I called four times before asking the provider if she could please help because I wasn’t getting a response and was told the provider could complete the process. She said she could do it but it would be faster over the phone. I reiterated that I couldn’t get ahold of anyone so it was not faster. She told me to keep trying on the phone. After two more calls I was connected over the phone. I’m 8 months pregnant (was having braxton hicks contractions at the time) and was holding my 3 year old daughter who has an evident disability while trying to do the phone check in. It was clear that I was physically struggling. Had the provider been kind enough to check us in I could have sat down with my daughter on my lap during this process. She was not busy and we were the only people there. Her lack of compassion was very off putting and I wouldn’t recommend this location based off the experience. I’ve been to the CVS across the street and have always had a good experience. I’ll stick with them from now on."
"We were out of town over a holiday (out of state) and my daughter was ill. This gives the impression of being a walk in clinic (even a level down from an urgent care) and seemed like a good option to take her to. IT IS NOT. I was charged more than it would have cost to take her to an Emergency Room. When calling to dispute the cost, they said she was a "new patient" and was charged as a "new patient visit." The want you to treat this as your primary care provider and bill your insurance as such."
