I’ve lived in California, Georgia, Ohio, and Maine and Joe’s Mechanical is one of the best HVAC services ever encountered because of their Honesty and Professional Work Ethic. During Late Summer/Early Autumn of 2019, Grayless Heating and Cooling serviced the home twice within 30 days and did not deal with root cause of issue hence the upstairs HVAC System and Gas Furnace was ineffective in warming the entire upstairs section of the house. I then contacted Joe’s Mechanical & a Service Technician immediately addressed the issue of a Defective Blower Motor within the Gas Furnace on the 2nd Level. The new part was retrieved from a local warehouse, delivered to the home, and installed that evening. During the 2020 Spring Maintenance Service Visit - Leaky Service Valves and a Defective Thermostat were discovered with the 2nd HVAC system. The AC Service Valves were obtained and replaced promptly along with new Freon being reloaded in the system, and now the unit runs flawlessly as it did on the very first day. The New Thermostat was obtained and installed at a very reasonable cost with a Free 5 Year+ Warranty covering both Thermostat and Labor if there is ever a problem with the unit within that time frame. "Couldn't be more happy with the service. They sent their tech Darrick out to help me install a unit I had bought myself. Sight unseen, he tackled the project and guided me through what he was doing so that I'd have a good understanding of the entire process. The inside of the house is unfinished at the moment, so not the prettiest, but he helped me to level the indoor cassette so it was flush with what bit of ceiling we have. He also made sure the outside unit looked good after installation. Price was extremely reasonable, service was friendly and educational, I will definitely be calling Joe's in the future.
