They will take a quick look at what you're bringing in for repair or maintenance, they will give you a rough quote on what it'll cost for it to be done and they will call you when the job is done. Very knowledgeable and answers any questions, you may have. They're currently working on a 2nd cuckoo clock I've take in for repairs."
