"Update from previous review in Oct. 2023: Unfortunately, I had a similar experience as several others. The washing machine I bought in Oct. started leaking. I asked Liz to honor the 90-day warranty and stop by to repair it. She scheduled days with me on four different occasions throughout nearly two weeks. She never reached out, but when I attempted to confirm, each time, she pushed the day back and had another excuse. She comes across as friendly and welcoming, but she doesn't stand by her products. I wish I had paid closer attention to previous reviews; do business with this outfit at your own risk."

"I cook something in the oven this morning then when I started making my dinner I noticed it was taking my oven longer to heat up then my wife started smelling gas I went to Google and I called about 4 company's and left a message I looked up another company which iwas this one I explained to Lynn listened and answered my questions within an hour her and her husband come out and fixed the problem within 15 minutes I was able to finish my dinner and became relieved I didn't have to worry about this during the up coming holiday"

"They came out and fixed my refrigerator July 3rd said there was a year warranty on the parts ( defrost thermostat and labor). Sunday July 23 the same problem happens again. I contacted Lynn on Monday she said they would be in touched Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around I call no answer but get a text they would be able to come on Wednesday. Today is Wednesday no answer no text. I paid $180 all to have the same problem 3 weeks later. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY"

"After our fridge being dead for a week these wonderful people came in less that 3 hours. Unfortunately what we hoped was shorted wasn’t it and after they changed the part it still didn’t work. I gave them $200 for the repair but it didn’t work. I called back and they surmised that the compressor on the fridge went bad and advised against fixing it it since it was going to be quite expensive to do that. They gave me a refund for the part they had changed and gave me some pointers on what brands to stay away from. They were super informative and it’s quite rare someone advising against putting more money even if would have been in their benefit. I was very happy with the service and sincerity of what they thought I should do."
