"We had Roehm install a furnace, heat pump, and duct at our previous house a few years ago and were so impressed with their service and products, that we of course had to have them install new units in our new house when we moved this past summer! In a day and age where great customer service is hard to find, that is simply not the case with them! Their techs, owner, and ladies in the office are always so friendly and helpful. Beth has treated us like family (I'm sure she is just as great to all of her customers!). Any time we have had any questions or concerns, they have had a tech at our house within hours to take a look. I cannot recommend them enough!!"

"We have been customers for 20 years and received excellent service. Each service tech has been knowledgeable and very pleasant answering all our questions. At times a Tech may call another for advice so as to be correct. The owner and office staff have always been available and the pricing is quite fair. I called the emergency line and John returned my call in minutes. He responded within 20 mins, found the problem, left to secure the proper part and returned. He installed the part and we had heat. "After calling Roehm , they came out promptly to our house to look at our furnace went out on New Year’s Eve . The techs were super nice , they actually looked in our furnace to see what the problem was and to see if it was fixable ! After that we decided it was time to replace . The owner Beth came out the next day and spent about 2 hours with me and went over everything that I wanted done and helped me understand everything ! I was scared with living in a much older house it wouldn’t be possible for everything to get done / make changes but Beth reassured me her team could make anything work!!! The process of picking out new furnace was smooth and very simple!! They came out later in the week to install ! The installation crew , Kevin , Hunter and Carson were simply AMAZING !!! So nice and helpful with all my questions during install ! Kevin and his team made sure everything was set up right before they left my house . I’ve never hired a company like Roehm before , as this was my first time ever having to replace anything HVAC ! If you want to be treated with respect, and be treated like your part of a family who’s going to treat you right and make sure you’re 100% happy with the final product, call Roehm !!! You won’t regret it !!! 100/10 recommend!!!"
