"VIP just replaced our roof after storm damage from last year. We have a large complicated roof and the team did a great job. The appraiser, Raine, went over the roof, downspouts, and gutters very thoroughly, marking issues with chalk and taking pictures. When our insurance rep came out to evaluate, Raine was again here which made it helpful for the agent. The roofing team arrived on time and knew what they were doing. They were friendly and answered our questions as they were working. They cleaned up well, so not too much for us to do afterwards. They also sent a manager the following day to do a check as well."
