"Earlier this year, I bought some prescription glasses from Eyeglass World. I was very pleased with the buying process and I loved the glasses. Unfortunately, they were accidentally crushed about 6 months later. I was very concerned because I need them every day in the work that I do. I went back to the store the next morning (without an appointment) and was greeted at the door by Cheryl who immediately sat me down and began assessing my needs. She knows her products and represents the company well. I really felt that my problem was her top concern and that she was going to fix it. --- And I was right...She clearly explained my options and I was out the door in about 7 minutes with a smile on my face. I returned about 3 hours later and picked up my brand new glasses and never missed a beat at work. Eyeglass World sells many of the same products and services that can be found at any of their competitors... but it is the Customer Service and people like Cheryl that set them apart. Thanks"

"DO NOT get glasses from here. I got a pair of glasses here over a year ago and I have been having nothing but problems with them since I got them with the lenses always popping out. It started a week after I got them. All they do is put some kind of glue in the frame and put the lenses back in and clean them. So much for the warranty. They just “doctor” them up and hope I’m happy. Everything has been documented since I got the glasses. I have filed a small claims suit against them. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is amazing people. Heather is awesome. Just watch your glasses carefully. They will not honor the manufacture warranty"
