"Scheduled to do a remote closing at 10am, the agent assigned to my closing had her notary certificate expire so I had to sit around and wait, finally 4 hours later after waiting around for it to get renewed, which it didn't due to errors on the application for it, I was then finally given to someone else which should have just been the case as soon as the problem came to be instead of making the client sit around and wait for your mistakes. Once I was given to the next agent to do my closing it did go very fast at that point... They did waive the electronic service fee due to the inconvenience, but all in all that was a very embarrassing and look on the title company. Note to all, don't wait until the last day to redo your certificates."
