"***ATTENTION*** This is kind of long but if you think you have a difficult tax situation or you're simply searching for a good tax professional I feel it will help you decide! I just realized I haven't yet put a review on here for these wonderful and very talented Ladies! If I could out of 5 stars I'd give them 500! Family tax company helped my husband and I fix the disaster that H&R block had done to our taxes over a few years time. Our taxes are difficult to file as it is, due to us being part time residents of Indiana and working here but our permanent place of residency is actually Ohio which does cause some confusion. Because of this we go to a professional to make sure it's being done correctly. Trisha was able to figure out what h&r did wrong, which was a huge feat in itself. They had absolutely destroyed our taxes, and put us down as being full time residents of 2 states making us responsible to pay both states full taxes. H&R then caused us to owe more state taxes again when they reported that we paid state taxes to both states all year and filed for a return from both states when in actuality we only paid 1 state and was only entitled to 1 state refund!!!! It was Trisha who was able to sit down and help us amend 2 years worth of federal and state taxes for both states on top of filing our current year and did it ALL for LESS than what we would have paid H&R TO MESS UP 1 YEAR!!!!!!!! I hope I have helped in your search for a GREAT Tax Company that is sure to become YOUR Family Tax Company! I know our family will never go anywhere else as long as we are in this area!!!!"
