"I cannot complain about the doctors profesionality... They are ok, that's it. Not amazing, not the best... just ok. However, first of all, billing department is the worse, they really need to take some courses about customer service and how to talk to people, specially your customers. Second, considering that we have been going to this pediatric since 2018, they were in network and then, suddenly they were not, I think it is part of their responsability to inform when you go to the office that things have changed and they are now out-of-network. To me, this is a way of taking advantage of a customer and it is not fair because you realize about this situation change when you receive a bill after weeks or months, when you cannot do much then. If someone at the office tells me, "oh you know, we are out-of-network now" then, I would say, "ok, let me check with a different provider, just because I am paying 1,600 $/month and at least, I want to use the in-network providers"."
