"We called about a dog. A real person answered the phone. He explained the application process and that we could do it online beforehand or when we arrived. I have 2 small kids so having that done before we arrived simplified my life. He put the dog we wanted to meet on hold, we met him, fell in love they fixed him the next day and we picked him up the following day. It was easy and smooth the staff was kind and helpful. They remembered who we were when we came to pick up the pup. They were quite busy but we used this as a learning experience for our kids to be patient with others. They are trying to help people and animals and its not always easy or convenient."
"Just a note to share... Sadie, my beloved cat, is doing well and seems VERY happy in my home nearly a year since i adopted her. A very loving cat. I cannot believe the doner said Sadie was to much trouble for her to keep. Lucky me AND Sadie ... Thank you shelter for a wonderful experience."
