"Went there looking for help on purchasing ring insurance for the first time. Instead when my fiancé and I walked in we were met with rudeness and left saying to one another we will not be back. The lady we asked help from initially looked at us and ignored us as soon as we walked in (my fiancé had to initiate the conversation even though there was only one other customer in the entire place). It was like pulling teeth trying to figure out the right steps to getting set up for ring insurance. It was very apparent she was not willing to help or inform us on the steps we needed to take and would rather us leave. After the teeth pulling session, she finally let us the know ring insurance was an option through them without previously having an appraisal on hand. It just required us to leave the ring with her for 10 days and pay $75 to be able to receive the quote. We did not feel like welcomed customers and will be looking else where for ring insurance."
