"Not too long ago, I called for a quote and the lady who answered the phone was very polite and professional. She scheduled me for an in-home consultation the next day. A nice, but untidy gentleman without a company uniform showed up to do an estimate. At my request, he kindly gave me a ballpark idea of what I should expect to spend for the work that I wanted done. He ended our conversation by promising that he would send me an estimate that would contain a definitive price. The problem is that I never got the estimate that I was promised…too bad false promises don’t increase company profits. ***I gave my initial review 2 additional stars because the owner responded professionally to my concern. :)"

"Outstanding service and professionalism. Had an “open neutral” issue with numerous outlets not working. Was told by a different electrician i needed to tear out drywall. Called 21electric. Paul called prior to arrival and went right to work. Within an hour he had the issue resolved, it was an old wire nut had come loose in the closet fixture. Price of repair was more than fair. Will definitely use them again"
