"We came on a Saturday and they were closed. I was looking forward to this place the most. I'm sure it's awesome, but I wouldn't know. Sign on the door said they had a last minute pick they could not pass up. I understand that, but someone could have probably manned the store. I guess we'll try again sometime, we're an hour and a half away. I'd be lying if I said this didn't break my heart a little."
