"We had a spring break on our garage door, and the technicians were there promptly and had everything up and running in no time! We have and will continue to recommend Schalco!"
"Our garage door quit working and we suspected the springs broke. Schalco came out quickly and used a temporary fix until the replacement came in after a few weeks (our door is huge and our springs are big for residential). Before they started, we asked for a quote. The tech said it would be around $200 to replace. We asked what the full bill would be, and he again said “a couple hundred dollars.” The bill came in at about $375. They claimed that technicians don‘t give quotes, and they won’t quote until they finish the job. they refused to change the amount at all, so we ended up paying almost double for a job that took 30 minutes."

Even offered to get parts for free instead of using their inventory since the part was in warranty but I didn't want to wait so paid them instead and was very reasonable. Got us in soon too. "Schalco Garage Doors came out to see if they could fix the light socket on our garage door. They brought back a couple of parts to try and neither of them worked because the model of opener we have isn't made any more. Two visits and they didn't charge us a dime. THEN, we are selling our house so we called them out to get them to work on the down reverse feature because it wasn't working in our inspection. They came out, adjusted the setting and tested it to make sure it was functioning as it should and AGAIN, didn't charge us a cent. How many companies in the world do stuff like that anymore? Not many! So, if you need to deal with the nicest and most considerate garage door people in the Evansville area you need to call Schalco if you need work on yours or a new door or whatever. They are top notch in my book. Thank you Schalco!!!!"
