"Walked in mid afternoon and shared that my wife and I were having to put down our 15 year old 3 lb Yorkie, and I wanted to gift this occasion, as hard as it was a special cross necklace for my wife. What they had in the store was beautiful and yet I was looking for something else. The owner and sales rep decided to have a necklace that I approved seeing it in their catalog shipped over night, early morning delivery so it would fit our time frame on taking Olley (nickname Killer) to our vet. My wife was very appreciative of the gift and gesture as we mourned the passing of Killer. Their understanding and over the top customer service exceeded anything I have seen in the past. I now have a new Jeweler with huge Heart. Thank you!"

I brought it to Barrington and they took the time to see if it could be fixed. They all were so friendly and helpful the second I walked in the door. "I went to Barrington Jewels with a ring that belonged to my grandma that I wanted to incorporate into my wedding set. Everyone was super helpful and kind! I took in the original ring and sent some inspiration pictures of what I was thinking. Before setting the stones in the new ring, they allowed me to see the band and try it on to make sure I was happy with it. They also helped me with resizing my original rings and soldering everything together afterwards. I am so pleased with the end result, and I think it looks like it should have come this way from the beginning!"
