"I couldn't be more pleased with the service Mason's provided me today. I came in needing an antique necklace cleaned and polished but I only had an hour to get it done in time. I called ahead of time and Mason's quoted me a price and told me they would be able to get it done today. When I brought it in and explained it was a birthday gift and I needed it cleaned asap, he told me he would have it done in 30 minutes. He was very upfront in saying it may not look brand new due to the material of the chain, but I trusted they would do a great job.
