"Excellent Experience! The entire team at Modern Touch focuses on over-delivering in each of their specialties crafts. They transformed a VERY difficult attic area into an amazing additional space for upstairs laundry room/master bedroom suite extension. They were able to turn the difficult attic space, constrained by the roof support rafter system, into a unique and interesting intersection of walls & ceilings. Our house is almost 35 years old and needs updating, we will continue to have them back for further work, as the addition definitely added a 'Modern Touch' to our space. They are smart and detailed electricians, plumbers, framers, dry-wallers, and finishers. They are respectful, awesome communicators, family owned and honest. Its hard to find contractors with such good reviews, but after having them complete the work, I understand why they have so many 5 star reviews, and all very positive. "We hired MTC for a remodel project. We bought an older home a few years ago and the floorplan of the house wasn’t appealing. In order to go from our living room to dining room you had to walk through an open laundry room. As you can imagine, this could be embarrassing at times with company over. So we had an idea to turn that laundry room into a half bathroom and move the laundry room over to another room where our furnace and water heater are located. MTC was able to build out our idea and we love it! From plumbing, electrical work, flooring, framing, drywall, etc. they did a wonderful job. They communicated with us everyday, ensuring we were getting what wanted. They were trustworthy as well. With a project like this we couldn’t be home all the time, so it was nice to be able to trust them in our home. And they were great with our dog, who was always curious what they were up to. "They did the renovations of our new house from removing all carpet in our house and replacing it with LVP flooring, refurnishing our stair steps painting our bedrooms switching out outlets, adding LED puck lights in the bedrooms that didn’t have any lights in adding puck lights in the main entrance changing out old light with new lighting fixtures, needless to say they were very friendly and professional. They answered every question that we had and guided us through the process of the renovations with very good knowledge of the work we were looking to take on, they found a few problems that if not addressed would of caused us great pain and headaches in the near future from mold in our master bathroom behind the old tile, the solution to it was remove all the mold, remove old tile and redo the shower with new tile, and fresh waterproof membrane behind new tile, they also found rusted shower valves the solution replace old copper with new copper and new shower valves and they also found rotted wood in our storage shed they were also very quick to find a solution to the problems that occurred during our renovation process, it caused me great relief to know that modern touch contracting had our backs throughout the entire process! we are so happy to have chosen modern touch contracting LLC We recommend their work 100% AND WE WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE CHOOSING MODERN TOUCH CONTRACTING FOR FURTHER PROJECTS"
