"I went in to sell some items. The experience was simple, however, I did not ask enough questions or try to negotiate. No information was freely volunteered by the buyer. I'm not sure he was honest in his dealings. I did accept his offer because I needed to pay my rent on the 1st. The offer was only 10% of the melt price for gold and silver. Website stated "best prices in NWI" which I have since learned is untrue so be prepared to negotiate to get the "so called best price". Knowledge is power. I actually feel I was taken advantage of but learned a valuable lesson."
"I took coins in the other day and got the low end of the stick, I told them what I needed and that's just what they gave me even though what they took was worth more be careful if you don't know the true value of what you got. Didn't even get a receipt. Christmas is going to be a little short this year I hope it was worth it for them"
"I called to see what they would pay for 90% silver dimes, i was offered $11 x face (which is insultingly low!), negotiated up to $15 x face(which is still low but much closer to fair.. mind you i had about $22 face of 90% silver dimes, when i get there the associate wanted to take my silver to the back to confirm the pricing, he than came back and told me "best they could do was $220"( a whopping $10 x face!) what a absolute joke and scam, even wasted my time to drive up there for this nonsense after getting a price FROM THEM..... would not recommend selling to this LCS...."

The staff is always super helpful and polite and they do a good job of making the store feel safe as well.
