"My sister was referred to Dr. Gonzales for surgery but wanted a second opinion. This is NOT allowed within the Community Hospital system. Two other surgeons REFUSED to see her because "They do not swap patients". How can anyone be refused to have a second opinion. Totally disgusted with Community Hospital. The patient and their wishes/concerns come last in this hospital system."

"Mr Arora’s review history speaks for its self. It’s very scary that a hospital would let him look after sick people. I wouldn’t trust him to watch my dog. If he is looking after you or a family member. I’ve never met such an arrogant doctor before. When I asked simple questions retained to my health. He got very defensive and did not give me any treatment at all. I hope he does not bill my insurance for anything. If he does. I will be calling Blue Cross Blue Shield’s fraud hotline. When an individual seeks payment for services that were never preformed at anytime. That’s fraud. Im amazed that this individual is employed by community. I do not feel safe under Arora’s care. Looking through his reviews. I’d say I’m definitely not the only person."

"Hospital Overall, I use the physicians or the outpatient services. I want to say it's the best in the area, however I don't have facts to back that claim up. I find it effortless to go in and out of there. It feels like a "Community" Hospital since it sits so close to residential homes. It seems quite clean and professional. Over the years, I have to say I cannot complain, often the professionals there exceed my expectations. Billing You have to know what your insurance will pay and what the hospital accepts. My insurance will pay for preventative procedures at 100%. I've talked to some of the Customer Service People in Billing and they seem professional and understanding. So far I cannot complain about the invoicing or the billing. In the past, I have had poor coverage on my insurance. I have found that it's very easy to pay a invoice online or even if you are in one of their offices, they will properly apply the payment. This is why I am giving it 4 Stars."

"Dr. Anand Shah office is horrible! Always “double booked”. Community Hospital doesn’t seem to be able to anything about complaints for this office because it’s a private practice? It’s affiliated with your system you should be able to do something about it. They always have elderly people in there looking miserable and what seems like holding them hostage. Clarissa the receptionist was very condescending and rude. But then again so was Molina and Barb. After your two hour wait everyone in the office will know your medical history. Why take care your patients when there so many you can afford to lose some. That seems to be their motto."

"My experience with Dr. Zagmout, Dr. Taylor and NP Becky has been wonderful. Whenever I had an issue Dr. Zagmout personally called me. The staff is wonderful and always so nice and helpful. My while pregnancy was watched very closely and I felt very comfortable at every visit at their office."
