"Had cataract surgery over a year ago, and have been dealing with billing issues since May 2023. Dealing with their billing department is horrible; they are not helpful at all. I've requested a detailed bill twice (once in October and the other in December 2023) and haven't received it. Every time you call, you get someone different, and have to explain everything from the beginning. Reps promise to call you back after they review your billing issue, and they never do. I called to make an in-person appointment so that my bill can be explained, and was told they don't see people in-person. Between dealing with Franciscan's financial department and my insurance, and being bounced back and forth for almost one year, I've pretty much given up, and now I'm stuck with a $4K bill. Although the medical care I received was good, dealing with the billing department has been a nightmare; so I will NEVER do business with Francisan; I'll stick with Community from now on!!!"

"I’ll start off by saying that I 1,000% understand that receptionists are not in control of everything. I get it. But who ever is working the night shift must have been having the worst day of her life or she is just an inconsiderate human being! We came in and she let someone else go in front of us while my wife was crying in pain. We waited at least 15 MINUTES in freaking EMERGENCY! Everytime I’d ask her what’s going on her only response “SiR I unDerStaNd”. You don’t understand anything. Not to mention, a Latin fmaily came in while we were waiting and she rude to them as well. They clearly stated they couldn’t speak English she did not attempt to use any form of translation. She just kept yelling at them to sign paper. Hire professionals, there’s absolutely no reason for hospitals to be charging this much with this absolute degeneracy of a customer service."

"I Add the most amazing experience from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. everyone was attentative, caring, thoughtful passionate. I came in with a severe health issue and was attended to immediately. I wish I wrote down the names of every one that attended to my needs and provided all of my tests and scans because they were all great. Hunter was my nurse and he was great Diedra was also very caring and Dr Wilfork was Fantastic. He was thorough and caring he explained everything that was going on and made sure before I left that I had no unanswered questions. Not that I want to make a habit of going here I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! I Highly Recommend this Facility! ."

"Strongly dissatisfied with the quality of the care I've received at this location; after admission for acute pancreatitis, I laid writhing on an open gurney on the main floor of the ER, with only minimal support from hospital staff. Was wheeled up to the second floor after a few hours and a CT scan and finally properly sedated. However, it took my stepmother's intervention to move me up to the IMCU, where I was still not provided with sufficient pain treatment. At the moment, they have discontinued morphine and switched me to NORCO oral, which will be discontinued tomorrow, four days after my arrival. I am in agony, and have been informed that I will not be sent home with painkillers. I feel degraded and like they see me as nothing but some sort of drug-seeker. Please for your sake, do not seek treatment at this hospital."
