"HORRIBLE!!!! Didn't do a thing for me, but get my child support LOWERED! My ex husband was supposed to be the one to pay the attorney fees, because I was on disability and he was the one who took me to court to lower his support. Now, seven years later I'm getting my check garnished. Don't ever use these attorneys!!"
"Atty. Jennifer Young was recommended by a colleague and became my best choice. Atty. Young presented me very well. She is straight forward and professional. I am happy with the outcome of her service, and I highly recommend her to anyone who's going through difficult family matters that requires legal intervention."
"I hired Chris LaPan to represent me in my second divorce. He offered me honest and valuable advice before I moved into an apartment, during the divorce proceedings, and during the mediation. He patiently explained concepts to me that I did not understand and always prepared me for possible responses from the other team. He is thoroughly knowledgeable and fully represented my interests while fairly dealing with opposing counsel. Moreover, he promptly responded to all my inquiries via email or phone and I never felt forgotten or that my case was in any way a lesser interest to him. Highly recommend."
"Tom Stucky was not pleasant to work with. He was the mediator for my divorce. He relayed information so quickly that I had to ask him to slow down and repeat himself at one point. I also felt rushed to make decisions quickly. The energy he gave off made me very anxious. Obviously the situation was stressful in itself but having Tom for a mediator made it much more stressful and tense. When discussing custody of my 17 year old son, I said I would not agree to my ex-husband having sole legal custody of our son, even though he was turning 18 in roughly 10 months. Tom argued that it was only 10 months and that it wouldn’t make a difference, though I had specific reasons why I wasn’t willing to do that. He dismissed my concerns like they didn’t matter. He kept pressuring me to agree to my ex having sole legal custody, when he’s a mediator and is suppose to stay middle ground. My attorney can vouch for me and how upset Tom made me. I finally turned toward him and told him I would not be pressured into agreeing to my ex having sole legal custody and I was not willing to come to an agreement in office unless it was joint custody only. In disbelief, I watched him shake his head back and forth in disagreement while he sighed in disgust. I was shocked at his level of unprofessionalism. My attorney knew I was very upset and tried to help calm me when Tom left the room. She understood where I was coming from. For these reasons, I absolutely do not recommend Mr. Stucky for any services that he offers. EDIT: I’m adding to my review in response to this law firm’s lack of care and concern for my experience, as you can see by their poor response. Instead of reaching out to me with empathy and compassion, to get a better understanding as to what happened, they responded very coldly and used big words to try to make themselves look good. Sadly, they excused Mr. Stucky’s behavior instead of addressing it. It’s also very sad that they consider my attorney as a “friend” but willingly speak negatively against her. This shows their true character, not only in their response towards myself, but my attorney as well. She did a phenomenal job. They mentioned how my attorney asked to have my comment above removed. I said their (the law firm) bullying tactics will not work on me. They stated that they were glad to help “assist in resolving” my case when they were of no assistance in resolving our case. Both myself and my ex walked away unhappy and had that agreement dismissed. They also were very cocky in stating that they look forward to assisting me in the future when in all actuality they know they have to be hired by me to utilize their services and they are fully aware they will never be hired by me again. Another shining example of their poor character. Because of this, I have left reviews for this firm on multiple websites to make others aware, in the hopes that they can avoid a potentially negative experience as well. I stated in my review above that I do not recommend Tom Stucky and his services. Now I’d also like to include that I do not recommend this law firm and their services."
