"Not the best experience, but not the worst. But this was my only experience. It started out not so good. But worked out in the end. I think sometimes they forget, some of us are dealing with grief over loss of a loved one. It's been very hard on me and I wasn't in the best mind frame. For the longest time, I felt they were making it worse. I was kept in the dark and my atty was not good at keeping me in the loop. I was told twice that if I was not happy, I should find another firm. After I paid the retainer? I was also told I had a bad attitude? I got the blame. I lost my Mom. She was my best friend.
