"Mike the pharmacist seems to be overwhelmed. Or something. For the third time I have been sent to a CVS far from my home because he did not refill my prescription. I even called 2 weeks before it was due to refill. I'm set up for auto refill, but for some reason I must call at least 2 weeks before time to get him to do it. The pharmacy is always a mess, prescriptions he is filling piled on the counter. I get a text that he is filling my script only to find it is not filled. He had to call the front of the store to take the cashier from them to help him catch up. So much more, but my review is so long already. The tech , Gary, is the only one who knows what he is doing. That or is the only one willing to do the work. I have been transferred to another store, thank God, so I don't have to worry about it anymore. If you are there, about to be there, go to another pharmacy. CVS is not all bad, but this pharmacist is very bad."

"Pharmacy reps are very rude. Rep Nyla is the rudest. Zero customer service skills!!! The other 2 workers watch and say nothing. The hours make no sense. Replace entire pharmacy staff please! ✌️"

"Got a 5$ reward and tried to use it to pick some sale candy. I was told I couldn't get sale price because I had no cvs card - even though I do. Half the time Thier out of my mess and I have to get my doct to re send over to Krogers. Been going here since they opened but no more."

"Slow, Rude, Unprofessional staff in the Pharmacy. Responsible for handling very important medications for people, rude and judgmental. Apparently no one working can count either. Maybe instead of judging someone for meds they ARE PRESCRIBED to take they should start keeping an eye on ones responsible for making sure the counts are right on controlled meds. Especially since they avoid responsibility on it and won't fix it. One of the staff members may have a serious problem considering this happened on several occasions so far with my prescriptions. Never ready on time, even when they send alerts that they are. Worst place ever to depend on for your health care needs."

"Complete trash. I come in 7/4 at 4pm to pick up my perscription that SHOULD have been filled 7/3 when the prescriber called it in, and when it was due at it is a controlled ADHD medication. I am sent a message the medication is ready for pick up on 7/4. I am going to another state for 4 days on 7/5 and cannot simply get it filled there because it is a controlled substance. Now my schedule is all screwed up because they closed at 2PM although the website says they are open till 7 PM. I will have to stay in town longer tomorrow to get my medication. I went at 4PM just incase they were sneaky and left early- I already suspected they would leave early- just not THAT- early. They are ALWAYS outside of their posted scheduled hours and always drama to get your perscriptions. I need to change pharmacies because it is total trash."
