"Small location to pick up shipments that require a signature. Only reason I say this is every time I have something that requires a signature I have to pick up here. Why do I have to pick it up here you ask? They schedule the delivery in the middle of the day when people work! Why not schedule those deliveries for after working hours when people are home. You seem to always deliver things to me that do not require a signature all the way up til 8PM in some cases. Never have I had a signature required delivery attempt after 1PM, I work til 3:30! Now I gotta drive 20 minutes to your location! So scheduling is really my only complaint and this facility probably doesn’t do that. The staff has always been pleasant there."
