"Just don't. Save yourself. This is one of the worst, if not THE worst McDonalds in Kokomo. That's already a REALLY low bar, and they somehow manage to drag it lower. Just go home, cook. You could make a 5 course meal, eat, and clean up in the time you wait for your terrible, lukewarm, incorrect food."

"We were surprised to see two workers through the pickup window #2 horseplaying. One was eating the fries out of a customer's order before he went out the door to deliver the order to a car waiting in a pickup parking spot while the other worker was wrestling, trying to keep him from opening the door. It made me wonder what they might be doing with our food. The burgers did taste good, but ironically, the fries were ice cold, and one order was shorted."

"Took 45 mins to order and get food. There was only 5 cars in line at the drive thru. My quarter pounder was burnt and the top bun wasn't even on it. There was barely any ketchup or mustard on it and it was dry. The nuggets and fries were fine"

"Wait 10-15 minutes to take your order, wait another 10 for them to get to the window and take your money, either this store is severely understaffed or half of them are not properly trained. The girl who helped me was sweet and polite and working both cash window and food window while at least 5 other employees were just hanging out. Sorry you work with idiots girl. Also will someone fix the frappe machine already? Wish I could leave zero stars but for that one employee 5 stars. She's a trooper."

"I decided to go inside because I thought it would be quicker than the drive thru. I only ordered an iced coffee, tea and 2 pies. It took 25 minutes for me to get my ordered. When I addressed that that the 10 people in the lobby were being ignored, the employee stated that there are only 2 people working. She had time to have personal conversations with another worker . I witnessed at least 3 workers up front. This store must be understaffed or poorly trained because it is the dirtiest restaurant I'd ever seen."
