Domino's Pizza 2816 South Washington Street, Kokomo, IN 46902

"Took them over an hour to deliver, and we watched the driver on the app drive all over town with our food. I called the store and spoke to a lady, and she lied to me and said it was a mix-up and our food just came out of the oven and would be hot. When it got delivered it was cold cold. We are only about 8 minutes tops feom the store. There was no way they just came out of the oven. So I called and asked to speak to the manager. I explained what the situation was and told her I was lied to. She asked me why I felt that way, so again I explained that the lady told me they just came out of the oven and there was no way. She told me she could either give me a credit for another time or bring us new sandwiches. When I asked her if they would be cold too and she said she couldn't guarantee it. I was so mad I handed the phone to my husband and he was trying to speak with her and he also was being very nice but she hung up on him when he asked if the new sandwiches would be cold too. I will never order from there again. The location this happened at was on S. Washington/Lafountain in Kokomo, Indiana. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"So I order online from time to time. The online isn't working so I call the "store" I get patched to a call center who is then trying to place my order online... the website is not working.... so took probably 3 times as long as it should have. This isn't the first time I've ran into this problem. Why can't I call the store and talk to the store who can then place my order straight into the system? Like make it make sense."

"I used to love their pizza, but over the last 6 years, every time we decide to give them another shot they always undercook our pizza. Not sure if it's the ovens or not hiring workers that care about the customers enough to ensure the quality, but I won't be ordering from this Domino's the next time we give Domino's a shot. Maybe the one on the other side of Kokomo will have better quality."

"Every time we order, our pizza is perfectly made. The staff is friendly, and punctual. Food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Delivery is prompt. I highly recommend this place."

"I purchased 2 medium pizzas, one cheese and one Mearzza. I used the pickup window. When I arrived home and opened the boxes BOTH pizzas were burnt. I also bought the pepperoni cheesy bread, though it wasn’t burnt it was tough. We ate half of the food and gave up. I am shocked that they allowed those to walk out there door. In hindsight I wish I had taken a photo to share. Even though that is the store closest to my house, I doubt I will return there. I am one who generally only leaves positive feedback but when I awoke the next day I was still irritated and decided to get it off my chest. In case management wants to look up my order it was order number 660 on Saturday 8/26 and my pickup time was roughly 6:15 PM."
