"Great Pharmacy if you don't need your prescriptions. My refills were scheduled to be refilled 6 days ago, and they still were not filled, even with an urgent request via the app. I take drugs for my heart, and I assume I can't go off of them for weeks at a time while CVS is understaffed. My recommendation is Costco. You can use their pharmacy even without a membership."

"Terrible pharmacy customer service. Terrible pharmacy. It used to be wonderful they had prescriptions filled almost same day they were sent. Now I'm lucky of I get them the same week being sent. Some pharmacy staff are wonderful there some are terrible. I waited in line for a prescription that should have been auto refilled yet the guy couldn't tell me NOTHING told me to go to the drop off area and I stood there for 10 mins without even so much as an acknowledgement from any staff what so ever! The past year this pharmacy as went down hill BAD. Cooperate really needs to step in and do something!!"

"It's amazing how no one wants to work after covid,atleast that's what they are saying. They are so short staffed that it takes 2 days to fill a emergency room visit persciption! What good it in 2 days when it was needed for a emergency!?? They never answer the phone anymore! The stupid recording is so frustrating and annoying! The app sucks,never gets anything correct and when you put in that you need your automatic refill...filled it takes 2 or 3 more days when it should of been filled days ago,I mean isn't that what automatic refill means? I've been without some very much needed medication for a week now yet they don't seem to care. I did put in a complaint to the DOJ so we will see."
