"I have been going to Pet Pals for more than a decade. They were sold to a corporate entity and things just got worse and worse. The prices just for higher and higher and the service worse and worse. They literally stopped answering the phone and even their message says they no longer check their voicemail. They also don’t answer their emails. They stopped carrying the medication I need to treat my dogs cancer. They gave me a website that I could order it from. I did so but they had to confirm the prescription. They didn’t. The pharmacy said they tried seven times. I went in and asked them to respond and sent them the email I got from the pharmacy. They said they would take care of it. They didn’t. I went back in and asked them to reach out to the pharmacy again and they said that they no longer deal with those medicines but offered to sell me something close because it was the last one they had and needed to get rid of it. I asked where the doctor that left went and they told me they couldn’t tell me. If you care about your pets don’t take them here. I used to love this place and now or sucks"
