"I took my new kitten here several weeks ago as his eyes were leaking and I adopted him from the shelter so he could be looked at. The vet looked at him for maybe 2 minutes and sent me out the door with some oral antibiotics and a bill. Well here we are several weeks later and he seems to be having trouble breathing after a few minutes of play. I'll be taking him to another vet."

"3rd vet I've been to. Gave my dog medicine that didn't help her and told me she was healthy when she's been in pain and crying every night and bleeding all over the house. Refused to euthenize her to stop her pain and just wanted me to pay more money in care that won't help her. Suggested I drop her off at humane society instead. I will not recommend them."

"I highly recommend that you take your fur baby to another vet. This vet killed my 11yr old Bunny they squeezed her to hard when they were clipping her nails to point where she fell dead in my arms. I took her there to get a lump checked on her belly and I was gonna go home and give her medicine that they were going to give me and before we left we wonerd if they could clip her nails and they didn't even ask us if we wanted to come back they actually closed the door and the girl came up holding her head really tight and I thought that was strange and when she handed her to me she fell dead in my arms and they lied about everything and I was so heartbroken. W couldn't prove that they did anything because they didn't have cameras back there and they didn't let us back there with my bunny to get her nails clipped."

"Dr. Todd and his staff are absolutely the best. After being diagnosed with a grade III heart murmur from our standard vet, I was told my 5 year old anxious/aggressive dog would need to go to a Cardiologist and spend thousands on tests and scans. Skeptical, I did some digging and was recommended to Dr. Todd from a trusted source, even though we are out in Chicago, IL. About a year and a half ago, I set up an initial phone consultation, and was sent some supplements to my house to try to help curb any side effects. When we finally made the 3hr drive out to Animal Wellness Center, the staff was kind and welcoming (even though I almost missed the hour time change) and the space was clean and open. My dog often lunges and barks at strangers, which can lead to stressful vet visits, but Dr. Todd was relaxed and patient enough to make everyone feel at ease. I am happy to report that my dog no longer has the murmur or any other signs of health problems! Combine with training, diet change, and seeing Dr. Todd, this girl is happier and healthier than ever!"
