"THANK GOD FOR HAVING A CAR BECAUSE I WAS ABLE TO COME TO THIS LOCATION TO GET THINGS DONE AFTER REFUSING TO STAND IN A LONG LINES WITH EVEN LONGER WAIT TIMES WITH ANOTHER CURRENCY EXCHANGE CLOSER TO MY HOUSE. YES THERE WAS A LINE BUT THE COUPLE TIMES I CAME HERE THERE WERE THREE/FOUR TELLERS AVAILABLE WHICH ALLOWED FOR CUSTOMERS TO GET THEIR SERVICES DONE IN A TIMELY FASTS EFFICIENT MANNER. LONG LINES BUT THE WAIT TIMES WERE CUT IN HALF DUE TO MORE TELLERS/CASHIERS AVAILABILITY. I USED TO GO TO THIS LOCATION BACK IN THE 80’s BY BUS NEVER HAD A PROBLEM THEN AND DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEM THE FEW TIMES I WENT RECENTLY."

"Young lady at the front desk was very rude. I called I’m 5mins before I got there to ask if they do notary. The young man who answered stated yes. When I get there she says with an attitude! He not here until 12pm, I say well I just called and was told he here til 7pm. Well he is he not here. I said you don’t have to be rude. The perfect conversation for Customer service would’ve been. Yes we do notary, but he comes in after 12pm and will be here til 7pm. She oh well we never know what time he comes in. Very unprofessional. She need a customer service class and the young man who answered needs to be giving out correct information."
