"Respectfully, I think he may have dementia (and I am a diagnosing clinician). He didn't file necessary paperwork, kept forgetting what my case was about, forgot me on a meeting phone call and had no ability to pull it together once he realized he didn't know what we going on, and he charged me $1,200 for a court date that got rescheduled because he got stuck in traffic! When I argued that, he kept saying he was there and had a conversation with the other attorney. Nope. His staff ended up responding and reducing that fee in half, but it should be zero because in no way did he offer me legal representation. Of course, retainer was almost entirely spent and I got no legal representation. Wish I could do less than a single star."
