"I ordered my mom an upgraded, very expensive multi color bouquet with multiple types of flowers. What she received was a grocery store quality bouquet with a purple vase, purple roses and purple carnations. All purple. NOTHING remotely like what was ordered. I reached out to the business 3 times to try and get this rectified and they have yet to respond. I guess they got my money and that's all they care about. Read the reviews! I wish I did."

"I DO NOT recommend this company. EVER! I ordered flowers from them on a Tuesday morning. I called Wednesday because they were not delivered. They said they were very sorry and they missed several orders that day and had no excuse but would get it out right away that Wednesday morning. They also promised to give me a discount of $10. I wait all day Wednesday and the flowers are not delivered and not only did they charge me full price but they charged me twice! I am crossing my fingers I get a refund. Most of all I am sad & disappointed. My friend lost her pup who she loved dearly and all I wanted was to send her flowers to cheer her up. I would have been completely fine if they told me they just could not do it and I could have purchased from someone else who would send the flowers I paid for."
