"They are totally void of customer service. For this time of year they are very short staffed no one available on the floor to answer questions. The clerk at the front door told me on what aisle to find what I was looking for. It was in an obscure location. Had it not been for an immediate need I would have walked out of the store and never patronize them again."

The staff did not rush me out, in fact, they told me to take my time and took the time to try to find a product for me. Then, they hooked me up with a discount. It wasn't the item I came in for and I'm still really happy. I just ordered a larger set of the item. GREAT STAFF GREAT SERVICE"

"The store appeared to be well organized, plenty of parking, and minimum associates on the floor. I purchased a frame, they did a very poor job, scratches on it, front and back and you can notice them is when the light shines on the frame and glass, but still they could have done a much better job. When I took the frame in I had a pair of earrings in a bag that the frame was given to them in. I called them to ask them about that, and they said they didn't see anything. For sure, that wasn't true they just didn't want to put in the effort to look for it. So my day here today was not very satisfying."

Notified the store that I'd arrived and within 5 minutes I had my order and a bigger smile on my face from the kind gentleman delivering. Thanks for making it a pleasure to shop!
