"I called regarding a load that was posted on a load board. The person answering the phone was extremely short and rude. When I tried telling him that the rates were extremely low, I was told "good luck whale hunting" and hung up on. I have over 30 years experience. I'm not some new guy that doesn't know what he's talking about. I very seriously doubt that I will ever look at another load this brokerage has the offer due to 1 individual."

"Called about a posted load, after a brief hold person who answered the phone asked about our MC#, after providing the MC# he asked if we're a "brokerage or something" to which I said we're an asset based carrier which is reflected on our Safer Web page, he just said he'll pass and hung up. After I had called the 2nd time, he rudely said "you're not qualified" and hung up again. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone."

"STAY AWAY, THEY WILL DEDUCT YOUR RATE CON AS SOON AS YOU DELIVER, REED OTHER REVIEWS. I booked load with Kelsey, IN to PA, on the rate con says 8-14 FCFS. We contacted Kelsey told her that driver is running little late, about 15-20 min, she said just let him go there. We delivered next morning at 8AM and send her POD, right after that she sent new rate con with $100 deduction. I called her to find out and she told me he was late and they had wait on him. We contacted the shipper and they said they are there every day late and until 5 or 6PM. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS"

"Wanted to share my experience with this company. Booked a load with Dylan Taylor, Vegas- CA, he asked to send updated ins, I sent it right away and when called back to follow up on the rc- he said " we covered it" so I said fine and hang up, after that he calls me back stating he will block our company due to the fact I hang up. what a nonsense! I feel like lately brokers do not act professionally at all. Treating carriers the worst way possible, while we provide a great service and help them to move freight and make money!"
