"They have staff that threw my table an broke it I had to replace it and the same team threw it down again. Very frustrated with them as apparently they can not read nor have tools to properly do their job."

"These guys are awesome. The drivers are some of the best people you are going to find. FedEx corporate is a soul sucking, money grabbing, unfeeling machine that uses people, chews them up, and spits them out when there is no longer any blood to drain from them. They have a wonderfully exploitative business model. If you don't care about the human wreckage you leave behind you it's a great place to put your money. Still a soul sucking company. Update 2: sucking souls worse than ever. They just fired all their direct employ express personnel because their pensions cost too much. Update 3: refer to update 2 Update 4: see above"

"I had previously rated them very poorly because of an ongoing problem with the driver placing boxes on the narrow step in front of my door, essentially trapping me in my home. I called the customer service line multiple times, and even put up a sign, but it kept happening. There's no way to speak directly to this location by phone so I finally drove the 67 miles there. I spoke with a very kind employee who was appalled that this kept occurring. He assured me it would not happen again. It hasn't! It's been two weeks and my packages have all been placed somewhere that doesn't block the door. I don't think the drivers ever get to see the feedback from the central line - no matter what they tell you on the phone - because it only took one trip. I didn't have to make a fuss. I just calmly explained what was happening to the right person and it got fixed right away. I'm very happy."

"Absolutely HORRIBLE delivery service. I have been getting deliveries from FedEx for well over a year and I can count on one hand the number of packages that have arrived undamaged. I have dog food delivered and it always arrives completely smashed; the boxes are sometimes so damaged that they have to be sent back to FedEx before they get delivered so that they can be taped together. The dog food bag is usually broken open inside and impossible to save. I recently had our delivery driver hand me a beaten up box from Bath and Body Works that had very clearly been opened at some point. My friend, who is a police officer, was standing there and saw the state the box was in and was shocked that it was being delivered in that condition. Then just today I got another delivery that was open and appears to have been completely opened and looked through before being haphazardly put back together. When I have called in the past, I've successfully gotten through to someone who had any idea what to do exactly one time, and since then no one seems to have any idea that they are even working at FedEx. This place is horrible, and something very shady seems to be going on."

"Just had a driver use my driveway for his personal turn around. I have multiple no trespassing signs not only on the tree he would seen as he came up the road but on my fence as well he would seen before pulling in my driveway! These are not for looks and I will force trespassing next time a driver uses my driveway as a turn around! Driver claims he did not see the sign's but I find that impossible as they are clearly posted at the road in plain view! I have had my truck almost hit while it is parked in my own drive. First signs are on end of fence facing road and facing east. Sign on tree is facing west. Far from being able to miss seeing them!"
