"First package came defective. Now tried to return package as we scheduled a pick up appointment with Pilot. The scheduled time to pick up was from 10am to 2pm, it is now 3:30pm. We had to call Amazon who contacted a representative and all of the sudden, the driver was having “vehicle trouble” and won’t be able to make it. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of our busy schedule."
