"the dispatcher supervisor Larry is not delivering our shipment. They claim a pallet weighting 1800 lbs needs two people to push to the end of their truck for delivery. We're booking with Globaltranz who are not able to help us, our Globaltranz agent claims he has contacted his main office for help but nothing is being done so far and the shipment has an expiration date. The carrier claims they need two people to push the pallet to the end of the truck and need to collect extra $150, this is extortion as they're holding on our shipment and not delivering and waiting for it to expire. We've already reported this case to BBB and will post updates on Google and any platform that allow free speech on toxic business practices. All emails regarding this shipment from forward air and Globaltranz has been collected as evidence. Will post to public after this case is settled."
