"I highly do not recommend this place to people trying to get help. They have constantly charges us fake charges talking about a “previous balance” that simply didn’t exist. When we call and talk to the billing staff, they say it’s their system and it just posted late. What posted late? A fraudulent charge? A non existent charge? The front desk staff is so hard to deal with, they are so snarky with you from the start and it’s frustrating. I am just trying to make an appointment why is the rudeness needed? One day before my appointment in July I called to confirm that my appointment was on the phone and not in person. She said my doctor was not in the office that next day. I said why didn’t anyone from this company call to tell me that the doctor won’t be here? How am I supposed to know I am not there every day? They said there was a note in June to call me to switch my appointment yet no calls or voicemails from them. This place just wants to scam you and will not help you at all."
