"I know this winter has been hard on all that provide care for peds, but Dr. Will and her nurses have always given us great care and taken their time to make sure we feel heard. Even if the apt is just for a well child they listen and address everything. I love that we can communicate via MyChart, and have gotten in quickly for sick child apts when needed. I’m so grateful for this team."

"Dr. Kristin Will is honestly the most incredible, loyal, down to earth, always cheerful, compassionate, motherly, educated pediatrician I have ever met! Our family is completely BLESSED to have found her and have her car for our 3 boys! She isn't the type who rushes to antibiotics, actually she would rather do all she can to prevent it IF possible. Dr. Will ALWAYS does all she can to make time to see sick kids even if the schedule is "booked". She hates turning kids away. This DOES NOT mean that you can get in to see her even if they do say she is booked but If she CAN then she ways does her best! Her team is very busy but always does their best. I know that when I leave a mychart message or call the oncall. . . I will get answered or taken care of quickly! This review is about DR. KRISTIN WILL and for those who put 1 star or some low rating because of a staff member (who must have had an off day because I have yet to encounter a rude staff member out of the hundreds of times we have seen her) then they are in the wrong. Don't rate Dr. WILL because of a staff member, NORMALLY parkview doesn't allow doctors to pick every or sometimes any staff members depending on the situation. When you gave an awful rating it went directly towards Dr. WILL. If you have a personal issue with her staff, contact her office, tell Dr. Will, but don't rate it on her and then at the end of your review say how she was great. You JUST gave HER a bad rating. We love you Dr. Will!"

"Dr. Will is a wonderful doctor. She's thorough and precise, gets the information across in a clear and concise way that's easy to understand, and always takes time to address any questions or concerns I have for each appointment. I never feel that she doesn't have time for us. Even when the office is clearly busy, she gives you her full attention. Her nursing staff is very professional, kind, and reassuring. I especially appreciate the quick replies to any emails I send regarding questions or concerns I have. The MyChart app makes correspondences with Dr Will and her staff so easy and straightforward. I don't have to wait on hold or be transferred a thousand times. The response is always timely. It's been a godsend! Very thankful we found Dr Will!"

"I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Will. We have been going to her since he was an infant and he is now almost 6yrs old. She is wonderful with him and so kind and caring. He is a little challenging so to see her interact with him so well always made me feel great. She has went above and beyond for us many times. The nurses are great too and I always get a call back the same day if I leave a message."

"We LOVE Dr Will! She always makes sure to answer all of our questions, is very gentle, an sweet to our boys, and she even takes the time to ask about my husband and myself. I don't have any issues getting anyone to call me back same day and the desk ladies are very nice."
