"Wish 0 stars was an option. We took our daughter to Dr Camille since birth. After numerous ear infections and multiple antibiotics and steroids, I took it upon myself to be seen by ENT when my daughter could not hear us and Dr Camille's nurse told me on the phone that it was normal for her not to respond to any noises or voices and wouldn't make an appointmentfor us to be seen by Dr Camille. We were told by ENT that our daughter should have been referred to them after her 3rd ear infection, she had three times that amount at only 7 months of age. ENT performed a hearing test that she failed and got her in for surgery immediately. We then received a letter in the mail stating that Camille would provide care for 30 days then our daughter was no longer able to be seen at FWP. Mind you our daughter was seen 2 times in this 30 day period for acute illnesses, but was never seen by Camille for said care. I called once we received the letter and was told by Camille's nurse that she was dropping her as a patient because I went to ENT without consulting with her- even though we tried to be seen about her ears and hearing and we were passed along to a different NP or doctor each time while Camille was still accepting new patients and not having the time to see her established ones. We couldn't cancel her 9 month appointment due to other providers not accepting her as a new patient until they had her records from FWP. I filled out the records request on December 22nd. We arrived to FWP today, 15 minutes prior to her appointment to find out Dr Camille refused to see us and canceled the appointment we drove 45 minutes from home for. I was handed an envelope that had a USB drive with her records, not sure why I had to fill out a paper a month ago with a name and fax number if they were going to be too lazy to actually fax records over. They then pushed us off onto one of the NP's who already had her own schedule of patients for the day."
"Dr. Camille Smith was the rounding pediatrician at Parkview and took excellent care of my newborn son! She was thorough, compassionate, explained things well, and did not rush us!! Excellent Dr and would recommend her and this practice!!!"
