Rural King

"Went here today, this particular location is really big lots of items on the shelf, well stocked, to the point that nothing is in the correct spot, at least in the automotive section, however what I was looking for could not be found, I had an item number and a SKU, and on the website it said it was in stock however when I went up to the front desk to see if they could look it up and see where it was located at in the store, the lady refused to do it she said the website is different than in store, however I deal with Rural King quite often in Kokomo and anytime I've had a SKU number they would look up the item on the computer with no issue, the front end manager at this particular location is just lazy and didn't want to do her job, even though I was looking to buy entire cases of this one item, I probably won't return to this location very disappointed in the service here"

"Not really my type of store but they have good prices on their car batteries. I called to check in stock products and there was an option for automotive on the automated system but in the store it didnt exsist so i was put on hold 30 minutes before I gave up and drove across town. There were alot of employees doing nothing but the 2 cashiers were swamped with customers. I was able to get in, find my product and get out thankfully."

"The store manager that’s on duty today should not be a manager. She is rude, and will make threats to you. She must be drunk or on drugs. My daughter is 10 years old and she said she will put her hands on my little girl. I go back inside the store and confront her, she is nowhere to be found.."
