"Went in on a busier day to accomplish two things 1. Remove someone off an account 2. Add another person on and get their own card. Yusif kept the line updated and everything. Great customer service but knowledgeable as well. He definitely kept our productive streak going. Thank you Yusif keep up the amazing energy! Highly recommend to my friends and family."

"Lady came in behind a long line stating she had no time she had one quick questions. Well 2 bankers helped 2 people in the time of her just asking one question. They were talking so long I was going to offer them a cigarette to go outside. Not professional to leave one customer who waited in line!! To go to another who doesn’t have time! There is a line for a reason that doesn’t apply here"

"Overall a great place to bank. They are efficient and helpful. I appreciate that they have a drive up atm, outdoor machine, and even a more detailed atm inside as well if you are trying to get through faster. Even to see a banker it's generally less than 15min wait. The only issue I have had here is their mortgage team. She works at multiple offices so isn't always available and was terrible at following up, we ended up buying our house with a different lender because of it."
