"I just spoke to the bank manager a few hours ago (08-21-23) and she would not give me any discount what so ever on ordering new checks. She tried to dodge my request with her slick wordage instead of just telling me that she would not do anything at all to keep a steady, loyal customer even though they pay very close to zero interest on checking accounts. Being treated like a nobody is pretty insulting and this is un-acceptable behavior. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: 02/2024 These people are ridiculous There is no intelligence by any stretch of the imagination. They are rude and dismissive and do everything they can to not help the customer and not answer very basic questions about prices or fees. They just shrug their shoulders and give you answers such as probably, maybe, should be, "I couldn't tell you", etc. I'm left wondering if they could maybe find out instead of wasting my time with these childish games. It's like trying to talk to a five year old where you have to ask the same question six different ways until you get the information you want to very basic, basic questions. Any group of 15 year old students that are not total idiots could run & operate this bank much better than it is operating now."

"When my brother passed away they were not empathetic at all, they refused to help us. So I canceled my accounts and took my business elsewhere."

"I just left here a few minutes ago (2/26/22) 10am ish and I haven't wrote a review in awhile but this I felt needs to be addressed. I am from out of town and just needed to find a bank to exchange $120 in 20s to 120 in 10s. And I was rudely told no and turned away when she asked, "do I have an account?" and I said "no politely". [Which I do not have a checking account, but I do have a car loan thru 5/3 Bank.] Also I didn't explain to her the reason I needed the change and truthfully was turned away so swiftly I couldn't have, and I shouldn't have to explain why I am coming to a bank to get change. But the reason I needed the twelve tens was for a dozen envelopes with care packages I'm handing out today for people struggling this winter and without money and a place to live. I really hope this 5/3 isn't a reflection of the company as a whole. Which I don't believe it is, because I'm pretty sure I've went to other 5/3 banks and had no problem doing something similar."

"Most of the Ladies there are very rude and have poor customer service skills. Even the Manager Ali. She doesn't even speak back when spoken to. I'm starting to think it's the color of my beautiful black skin that she don't like. The only two people there I have had a pleasant visit with was Shiloh and Zack. Thanks guy's but I am glad I no longer have to visit this branch."
