He made sure to comment that he drives the speed limit, does not tailgate, and keeps two hands on the wheel - making us feel very safe! The shuttle was prompt and very clean. "Drivers are good people but their office is disgusting. Their service and customer treatment can’t be any worse. No refund is ever offered. I have lost hundreds $ on this company without being able to ride even though I called them several hours before their next ride. If you happen to call them after 6 pm for next they ride the response is always is short and useless. I will not consider this shuttle ever again after my last encounter."
